ROCS Issuance and Retainment of NMLS Rules of Conduct

1. Prior to start of every course, every student must agree to the NMLS Rules of Conduct for Student (ROCS).

2. Prior to the start of the course the instructor or course facilitator is required to explain the Rules of Conduct. The student is required to sign ROCS at the start of the course or as a part of the course registration process.

3. The ROCS is also to be included as a part of the cover page or a stand-alone second page of all course materials.

4. Tap Money Institute will retain a signed copy of all ROCS’ for 5 years.
